Integral Coaching^® Services

We offer custom designed one-on-one Integral Coaching® to support clients' and coaches' development in topics matter to them. Our coaching method supports individuals in understanding their current way of being in any given topic or situation, grasping new insights in the areas being explored and integrating new learning and actions in their day to day life. Our coaching is compassionate yet direct, fully bringing to bear our rigorous coaching method and our desire to work with people in a way that deeply honours them while producing results that they have never before been able to achieve. Integral Coaching® enables clients to embody and integrate new ways of being versus experiencing only short-term success while they are feeling accountable to their coach or great 'Ah Ha' moments in coaching conversations but no lasting change. Approaching change using an Integral approach leaves nothing out! And our clients gain incredible access to understanding and working with their own, ever evolving AQAL Constellation™ (see What Is Integral Coaching®? for further information on our method).

Integral Coaching® looks beneath the objectives laid out by the client to ascertain the competencies required to support the change desired. Coach and client embark on a shared journey that includes new insights, enabling and rich conversations, challenging practices, and rigorous self-observation. Unlike approaches dependent on continued coach interventions, Integral Coaching® enables people to cultivate abilities to self-assess and shift well beyond the scope of the Coaching Program. Meaningful development that is sustainable over time results.

As Master Certified Coaches with the International Coach Federation, trainers of Integral Coaching® faculty (our own and through the Integral Institute), trainers of professional coaches, and long-term practitioners, we also provide expert individual coaching services to professional coaches. We work on topics that continue to support a coach's personal development, Integral practices, application and embodiment of Integral Coaching® principles, and the deeper questioning that begins for coaches on this particular path. We have also worked with professional coaches as 'shadow coaches' to support the work that they are doing with their own clients as they bring forward Integral Coaching® in their coaching practices. We are also able to work with clients living in complex 'Second Tier' realities to support their ongoing horizontal health and vertical development.
