The overall architecture of our training courses enables new and experienced coaches to enter different course streams depending on their unique interests, personal longings or professional aspirations. We have courses that range from entry level to full certification and beyond. The chart below depicts an architecture overview of our courses including the various streams of development, pre-requisites and course duration. INTEGRAL COACHING® CERTIFICATION PROGRAM (ICCP)

ICF ACCREDITED PROGRAM


For new and experienced coaches who want to develop the competencies and learn the method, AQAL lenses, and process for Integral Coaching®

ICCP MODULE 1 - FOUNDATION & APPRENTICESHIP

This enables someone to complete a 5 month program and become an Apprentice Coach; some coaches stop at this level of training as they can apply it at a level that supports them or they want more time to practice before moving on to the next Module

Duration: 5 month program; 2 class sessions

Outline: ICCP Module 1 - Foundation & Apprenticeship

ICCP MODULE 2 - EMBODIMENT & CERTIFICATION

Others move on to the 9 month program because they want to become certified whether they are establishing their own coaching business or working inside their organization; this program drops into the full Integral (AQAL) Constellation and complex coaching interventions

Duration: 9 month program; 3 class sessions
Pre-Requisite: Module 1
Tuition: $9,400 + GST

INTEGRAL COACHING® COURSES

These are stand alone courses that new coaches or experienced coaches can take at any time to drop into the fundamentals of this method

FOR GRADUATES OR NEW COACHES

INTEGRAL COACHING® FUNDAMENTALS

This is a three day program that enables people to gain exposure to the bedrock fundamentals of Integral Coaching® and its practical application in day to day conversation (formal or informal); this course meets people at their current level of training and is scalable so you can be a certified coach or new coach and benefit incredibly by these fundamentals

Pre-Requisite: None
Tuition: $1,100 + GST

I.C. CONNECTIONS EVENTS

These are single day programs that we offer free of charge to the community once each year. A contemporary coaching topic or coach competency is picked and we present a workshop for students, family, friends, coaches, and colleagues to attend. It receives rave reviews each year.

INTEGRAL COACHING® GRADUATE COURSES

FOR OUR GRADUATES

INTEGRAL COACHING® MASTERY WORKSHOPS

Once a year we hold Mastery Workshops for our graduate community of practitioners on advanced topics of interest in the field of coaching, human development, Integral Theory, bodywork, etc.

Duration: 1 - 2 days
Pre-Requisite: Module 1 or Module 2 (depending on the topic)

INTEGRAL LIFE PRACTICE FOR COACHES

We offer this course in conjunction with the Integral Institute. It is a five day class with leading instructors from the fields of Integral Coaching®, Integral Psychology, Integral Spirituality, and Integral Somatic Development.

This is an INUKSHUK which is an Inuit stone figure traditionally found in the icy north. It is a Canadian symbol. INUKSHUKS are erected as beacons by the Inuit traveller leaving a marker for those who follow. These large stone figures can be seen from great distances over ice and snow. Northern travellers can pick out a marker on the distant horizon and walk to it before looking out across the vast tundra for the next INUKSHUK to guide them along unfamiliar and ever-changing terrain. The unique configuration of each stone figure is particular to each person who builds it so you will recognize your companions along the way; each formation also provides vital messages of warning or opportunity. Lastly, it is a sign of respect to pay attention, to stop your own journey and to build an INUKSHUK for travellers yet to come.

The people who join the lineage practicing Integral Coaching® are much like these Inuit travellers. They benefit from those who have come before them and have the responsibility to those who are still to come. It is a lineage that includes skilful means, direct action, clear intention, wise compassion, deep respect, and love. Most of all, Love. It is both a sacred duty and a call to serve clients, students, community, consciousness, and other coaches in this lineage. The INUKSHUK symbolizes all of this to us.       Close
